Returns

Since each item is custom-made and produced in limited quantities, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All purchases are considered final.

If there is an issue with your order and your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us with your order number and photos showing the problem. We’ll do our best to make it right.

When possible, we’ll send a replacement for the defective item. If a replacement cannot be provided, you will receive a full refund for that item.

Issues caused by handling, modifications, or regular wear after delivery are not considered manufacturing defects.
