Our products are sold as custom-printed collectible items for personal use only and are not intended to misrepresent any official, licensed, or authorized product.

Tropical Brinks Customs ships from Poland to the United States and other international destinations. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to international transit, customs processing, and carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or postal services.
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees that may be levied upon delivery in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for any additional charges imposed by customs authorities in your country.
  • Customs declarations will accurately reflect the contents and value of your order as required by Polish and international law. We do not falsify customs forms or declare lower values upon request.
  • Orders may be subject to inspection by customs authorities. In rare cases, items may be held, delayed, or returned by customs. We are not liable for items seized or held by customs.
  • If a package is refused or returned to us due to unpaid customs fees or an incorrect address provided by the customer, we are not obligated to issue a refund for original shipping costs.

Prices for our products are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Exchange rate fluctuations are outside of our control and we are not responsible for any differences between the listed price and the amount charged by your bank or payment provider due to currency conversion.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website and may have limited quantities.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

All of our custom-printed items are produced on new, original LEGO® parts using pad-printing methods. Product images are representative of the finished item, though minor variations may occur.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer made on this site is void where prohibited.

SECTION 8 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, including a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

SECTION 9 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the custom-made nature of our products and the cost and complexity of international return shipping from the United States to Poland, please review our Return Policy carefully before placing an order. We are not obligated to accept returns for items that are not defective. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will work to resolve the issue.
